Lori Goler Sr Director ProStores and eBay Stores
Lori Goler is Senior Director, ProStores and eBay Stores. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ProStores and eBay Stores business units within eBay, Inc.
Over the last four years, Goler has managed various aspects of the eBay.com business including the Merchandising and Marketing team, Category Management and, most recently, the US Core business. In these roles, Goler introduced a variety of programs and services focused on the end-to-end buyer experience from the launch of eBay.com’s offline marketing catalog to an enhanced customer support offering.
With more than 15 years of experience in the management of consumer and retail businesses, Goler is responsible for profit and loss management, strategic planning, product planning, marketing and business development.
Prior to joining eBay, Goler was Vice-President and General Manager of Babystyle.com, a leading multi-channel retailer in the new parent category. Prior to Babystyle, Goler held a management position in the Consumer Products division of The Walt Disney Company.
Goler holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard and a BA from Yale.
Eric Shoup Director ProStores Inc.
Eric Shoup is the director of ProStores. He manages all aspects of the ProStores business unit, including product strategy, marketing and support.
During his four years with eBay, Shoup has focused on building out several of eBay’s nascent businesses. He directed the re-development of the eBay Stores product, laying the foundation for its phenomenal growth from 50,000 subscribers in 2003 to more than 240,000 in 2006. Most recently, Shoup assembled and led eBay’s first global mobile product team.
During his 12 years in high tech management, Shoup has spent the last 9 years focused on exclusively on e-commerce. Prior to eBay, he played key product marketing / management roles at B2B e-commerce high-flyer, Commerce One. At US Interactive, he designed and managed consumer ecommerce and marketing websites for established companies such as Lexus and Wellcome Supermarkets (in Hong Kong). Prior to this, he focused on marketing and corporate development for a streaming media startup.
Shoup holds an economics degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
